When Tracy first came out with "You've Gotta Fast Car"...I related!!! And I fell in love with her! I almost couldn't listen to "Cold Feet" without crying. Tracy is a genius, a storyteller that cuts right through your heart! Driving an hour and more to work in Galveston - she was my heart and soul! I can't wait to see Tracy and Luke together!!! And I am watching this for this performance alone!! Perfection + Perfection equals = HEAVEN!!!!
Saw Tracy in michigan. Storm knocked out the band do she played alone. Best experience ever. Im hoping some time soon she will do some concerts. Heres to hoping. My daughter even mentioned her in one of her songs, ”Nopestic” grew up on Tracy!
I saw Tracy in Stockholm and it was the best concert I ever went to. She came to an almost empty stage at CIRKUS….well 6 guitars in a semi circle and one bar stool….and said, I am not sure what you’re expecting but I gave the band the night off to explore Stockholm, so it just me tonight! And proceeded to entertain us and interact with us for nearly three hours. She interacted with us, took requests and was just amazing! Thanks and I hope to see you again soon. Did I say I have been to a LOT of concerts! Best ever, please please let’s do it again. I am in Brazil now so not sure I can watch the Grammys….sad.
I have to say that normally I would not waste time watching the Grammys but yes like many other Tracy Chapman fans I will be watching because I love her music and I am sooo happy she is back. I do wonder who will sing what and who will be in guitar? Can not wait.

Unbelievable! Do you remember when it happened? I attended her show at the Cirkus in Stockholm in 2006
